If I called someone to ask for their mother's or father's number for marriage purpose for multiple times, and they filled a police complaint against me. Am I in trouble ?? Although I haven't talked to her in any sense or misbehaved with her.

You need not worry if it's just a complaint. Just take out the said complaint from the Police Station where it was registered against you to ascertain under which sections you have been booked and if there's any scope of registration of FIR against you. You can always apply for anticipatory bail. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
