I got offer part time job at home, per click subscribe get ₹50 per click, after two days , they provide me transfer remuneration from my account , give me commission. After 15 days one of subscriber complain against me, in police station that my amount in my account, actually that was telegram fraud . I don't know about it. I got letter from Kurla police that account has been freeze. What should I do? How to come from this problem

If there is a FIR against you then only the police officials can direct the bank to freeze your account and you should be summoned first to inform you regarding the freezing of your account. You should file a complaint in writing to the branch office of the bank to defreeze your account and also request the police for the copy of the complaint that is being filed against you. And if they fail to provide you with the same then you can always approach the court by making bank the party. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
