How to withdraw criminal case after chalan issue

I filed FIR and chalan has been presented in the session court, but when I was filed FIR I'm unmarried now married so many problems have arisen so I want to withdraw my case Please guide me how I can do this.

If the FIR has already been registered and chargesheet is also filed before the court then it will only be quashed by the high court of the concerned state where the FIR was registered. For that true certified and translated copies of the FIR and chargesheet will be required. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
