How to take action against phone tapping

It is SNEHANGSHU Adhikary,an auditor working in defence.presently posted in Pune.For last couple of months I have a notion that some one is taping my calls that I usually make with my near and dear ones.The person is disclosing my private conversation in public specially in my surrounding environment that makes me a feeling of loss of privacy in my personal life.I have tried to detect the culprit several time but couldn't do it due to lack of evidence.Some time I decided to visit police station but didn't go as I don't have any proof. But by the dehavior of the people of my well known circle it seems that they know all about my private conversation but don't say any thing directly to me. I want to launch a complain as it is illegal to entering some one's private space without his prior consent but at first I have to ensure it that my assumption is right. I think whoever is doing it his main intension is to make me mentally unstable. It is my request to give me a solution of it.
