How to sue for hacking email id

First my mail id hake. Send the mail to my company that my mobile lost pls change mobile number .i am doing money tranfer busness .when mobile number change hackker got user id and password .And they transfer 155000 rupess transfer to his account . then what can i do
First of all file a complaint in the Police Station or in the Cyber Cell if your city has one.
If the hacker is caught, he will be certainly punished. But if the hacker is not caught, you can sue your company for lack of security and gross negligence because they changed the mobile number and user id and password only on the basis of an email, without any further scrutiny.

In ur case the first step is to register a complaint at ur nearest police station as now most of police station are equipped to take cyber complaint.. if not then you would be referred to cyber cell Bandra...
If no action. Is been taken by police then you will have to make written representation before concerned authorities.
