how to get money back from fraud who blackmailed and took money

I am victim of cyber crime..he blackmailed me emotionally and took money.he used foul language on call and in sms.. i have a back statement as a proof.what should i do now?he blocked my calls n msgs..i complaint about him in his department central govt.still he is not returning.i need it urgently. how to ask for a money?

Firstly whether have u approached police regarding this? Secondly if not then you will have to make a oral complaint, if not registering ur case then you will have to make written complaint to senior police officers Even then of no action is taken then will have to approach court .. W.r.t. how to make written complaint and for further procedure u may contact me through LawRato anytime
