Hi . I have a female friend. We use to talk and we had fight and I said I won't talk further . After 5 months I sent her message on WhatsApp saying sorry but deleted it before she saw. Will she file a case against me . ?? Also I don't have any of her past conversations with me.

Mere sending a sorry message to your friend will not land you in trouble but what’s important here is that for what purpose you apologise to your friend. And since you have deleted the chats that implies that their was something nasty you have done. You need to calm down and talk to her. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
