Friend threatening to suicide, will I be held liable later ?

Hi..three years back i met a girl in fb..we both are majors that time..we became best friends then..but we i never promised that i love or marry her anything...last days of our friendship we talked about masturbation ,sex etc..but never send nude pictures or videos...because of her suicidal tendency i decided to quit her friendship...from there after we didnt contact from past 1 year.in fact we didnt met even one time.in our friendship if i not talk with her she used to say i will do suicide.now my worries are 1.is sex chat with a major girl with her acceptance is illegal?.if it is illegal how many months/years i will go to jail?or fine is sufficient? 2.if she would committed suicide in future and die ..and bcoz i am her bestfriend in past she msg me and die will i go to jail?.if it is yes how many months/years i will go to jail?or fine is sufficient? 3.i never said marry or love u or abused her..still i am in trouble?
