Fraud done by online selling store what action can I take

09-Jul-2023 (In Cyber Crime Law)
Approximative 2 weeks ago i found an online forum where a member sold laptops, mobile phones at 20-30% price. I saw the positive reviews, i decided to purchase a laptop. The laptop at the store 1800 usd, and he sold for 450. He only accepted bitcoins, so i exchanged my money and transferred to him. For 2 days i wrote to him, asking if he ordered it, but he says no because some technical issues. After that he said that he give me a card for compensation, to order the laptop myself. I ordered with this card, it was succesful. Five days i read on the forum that it was a stolen credit card

Contact the cyber cell of the local police. Lodge a complaint mentioning every relevant detail. Cyber police will help you in tracing the culprit through transaction details and if that person resides or works outside the city or state, then police will contact and alert the police of his area.
