FIR copy not available in court, want to get the copy of FIR

I am working in a software company as HR. They filled a cyber crime case on me on sections 66, 72 IT acts in July Month. SI gave a notice to me as Notice 41A. I need to attend within 3 days. I attended and gave my statement. Till now today November 1st also FIR not in court. How many days Police station have right to hold FIR, without submitting FIR to court. I don't know what was the case file on me. I am totally confusing, can anyone advice me. What can I take future step

As per your conversation you said that a case was booked against you in cyber crime, I better suggest you to meet with an advocate in person you have inform all the details and you will find better solution to your query.
