Fees for anticipatorybail against defamation on social networking site

WHATS THE COST OF ANTICIPATORY BAIL ? I have written a few articles about my brothers wife and her Maikaas(Relatives) on Facebook to her relatives and i fear that her relatives will file a police complaint against me so i need anticipatory bail,The woman who married My brother only because of his Income and our family resources, Its been 20 years that my brother is married to this woman, Since the day she has got married she has come in like a financial liability, She ensured that My brother does not pay a single penny for the welfare of the family, and for the past 20 years she is just sitting at home and eating free food, also she is inviting her Maikaas(relatives) and feeding them free food at the cost of our family welfare, Our youngest Brother has suicided/missing for last 13 years and our mother died because we could not keep a full time nurse for her, And my brothers wife was holidaying using my brothers income- My brother and his family stay in Singapore for last 15yrs
