fault claiming by an android app paysay for money not deducted earlier

Good afternoon sir/madam acttualy i download an app the name was PAYSAY it's provide online bill payments like paytm so i reacharged mobile by debit card but money did not deducte from my account and i thought it was free for new users and i reacharged too much but after two days the co-founder of that application made me phone call and said to me you have to pay that all money ..if i don't they will comlaint cyber cell and contact a lawyer so sir i am a student and i can't pay the all money so sir what should i do?please help me
how much are you supposed to pay, if the company had not intimated you that you were to pay any amount in the beginning or while using the application then you are not liable to pay any amount. it is fault of the application due to which you were able to use the application. if they make a complaint then you need to reply them in writing.
