Fake company giving me Court threat that they will see me in court

Fake company which contacted me to do work online and now they demand money. I already know the company is fake now they are giving me Court threat that they will see me in court and I already done cyber complaint against them.

If you already know that the company is fraud then you must do nothing. You can always complain against them which you have already done. So it's advisable for you to just relax and ignore their calls regarding any threat including the court cases. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

since you have already filed a cyber complaint here in Delhi you can follow up with the investigating officer for the progress made in the case. if you have paid any money you can file a case for recovering the said amount. if no money has been paid you can initiate criminal action by filing case in court.
