do sending info through email is violation Information Technology Act

16-Aug-2023 (In Cyber Crime Law)
I have an online business. In this business, we request customers to provide us some information(name, contact, no. email. pan card, employer, office address, dob, salary etc,) through our website. Can we send this info through email to some of our partner banks? Will it be violation of Information Technology Act.?
