Defamation post against me on Social media .

Someone has abused me on social media, made post about me on social media, How can i file a case against him and how much i pay to advocate, as i am student and from poor background.
you can file a criminal complaint under section 500 IPC for defamation against that person. you can approach the police station first, if they don't register FIR then u can file a private complaint. I hope this helps
