A unknown person commented on my instagram post -Tum Takla hai ..Can I take legal action against that person

Yes…you can sue him/her under section 499 IPC that is defamation. You need to serve him/her a legal notice regarding your grievances and telling him/her that what he/she had done is against law and is a punishable offence. You can also write a complaint to the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
