Complaint against the person sending the filthy messages.

A person from behera is troubling me by giving multiple of messages like I love you, I miss you. I even used slang words and convinced him that I don't love him. But he replies me that he love me. I even warned him that I will report him but he is not listening. Each day he irritates me by right weird messages that I love you. So please do something.
You can file a complaint in the nearby cyber crime cell of violating your privacy and u/s 66 A of information technology act where the person can get jailed term for upto 3 years. Simultaneously you can also file and FIR against the said person in nearby police station
