Client making false allegation of hacking email id

I have institute and our client share their email id with us for their application.one of my customer defames my institute by saying i have hacked his email id as he also taking service from other firm also and i supposed that they have changed their id and i have informed my client about not being able to access his email id . At first he gets annoyed and we make the confusion clear but now he again making false clam and criticizing against us by saying that we have hacked his id not the other firm
You may invoke the extra ordinary power of the High Court under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and pray for quashing of the complaint filed against you. Ideally it must be done before the framing of charges. Therefore you must move immediately.

Try and settle confusion and differences with client and convince him that it is the other firm which hacked email id of the customer and not yours. If he is still unwilling to believe you, then file a police complaint and book that customer under Section 499 and 500 of Indian Penal Code for defamation. You can't keep tolerating him till eternity. If things don't change for the better, you have to take strict action against both your client and customer.
