I want to file a case against Harassment and loss of honour case against kotak mahindra bank recovery agencies

If you are having trouble with the recovery agents of any bank and they are causing unnecessary nuisance and harassment to you then you can always file a complaint in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction and register a FIR against the culprits under section 503, 506 and 294 IPC.
