I am thinking to go legally on facebook account which is deleted now. Earlier i use to receive messages . Please suggest

1. Is it your account deleted by someone else?. if it is the case then you can make complaint with cyber crime police. 2. In case, if your account deleted by your own mistakenly then talk to face book customer care.
