Buyer threatening me to file a cyber complaint against me for cheating

I am being threatened of cyber complaint publicly. One Mr S promised repeatedly to buy few used things from me through an upcycling group. N kept on vanishing after every promise. I had to follow up many times, in vain. He kept on blocking stuff but didn't care to respond in time, even upon my request that i hv a baby to look after and he should not waste my time. I posted this on that group and now he threatens me of accusing him falsely.and using the word "cheated" inappropriately. He is asking me to apologise publicly. Who is legally correct here?
After understanding the case it seems that you have been harassed by Mr S over the public forum and wants an apology publicly, it is very difficult to come to any conclusion as who is at fault but i would request you to send the conversation between you and Mr S than it would be comfortable for me to decide.
If Mr X has deposited/parked any money in your wallet and in that case if you dont deliver him the product than u are at fault but as it was him who promised to buy without any token money deposited in your account than he is at fault and you dont have to worry as he has breached the promise to buy and pay you.
If Mr X had blocked the stuff and paid money to you in advance than you have entered into an implied contract with Mr X and you are liable to deliver the products to him and issue of baby does not work in such cases of breach of contract.
