Blackmailing over phone, and woman harrassment

I am Rajnish Ranjan basically from Bihar and currently residing in Bangalore. I am getting married soon with a girl. Unfortunately she was in reLationship before and she broke up. But still her boyfriend blackmailing her and me too.
Hi.... if he is black mailing you people can report the same to your jurisdictional police and and request the police to call that person and warn him. lf police are not taking the complainant you can report the same to higher authority in police department.
