Bank account debit freeze due to cyber cell ahmedabad.getting no reply

Hello ! I am a P-P trader on of the BTC trading platform .recently my account got debit freeze and upon contacting bank they said they had instructions from cyber crime Ahmedabad .bank provided me an email address to which I had constantly emailed the whole matter .but I disn't get any reply or update from them.also the whole problem started when I started trading with one particular trader who was no doubt a faulty guy .so I need guidance how can I get my accounts fixed .
