Adult mutual consent sexting between two adults

Is mutual consent sexting (although not sharing sexual images or pornography)between two adult girl and boy in whatsapp crime or not?? As I know according to section 67 it is illigal to do sexual remark talks. If after some year my chat got deleted and she deleted her message and lodge fir then what can i do?? Please help.
If both the girl & boy are equally involved in sexting and there’s no commitment of anything and if there is no exchange of any kind of images or videos then it can’t be treated as a crime. And if messages are deleted from both the ends then there’s no scope of any FIR and all.
