Account wrongly debited but I did not receive any acknowledgement

Hello sir, My account had been debited with 8k in month of December 2016. I already lodged complaint in Cyber crime. But I didn't receive acknowledged papers from police . The bank is ready to refund amount but requires aknowledgement letter. I also contacted police but they are not willing to do so.. Please help ib this topic. Thanks
You can take up the matter with the assistant commissioner of police or commissioner of police make a complaint to them about the said matter if still it doesn't work we can file case under 156 part 3 in the court for filing of fir

Which is the location? If you have submitted the complaint in the written format you should have acknowledgment copy with you. Ask them to provide you acknowledgment stamped on the duplicate copy of same complaint letter. You have all the right to take that from them as a proof of your complaint.
