About taking second time bail who is committing different crimes

My husband is on bail & he is carrying fraudulent activities again. If I file complaint against him can he get second bail?
1. If the bail conditions are not followed by the accussed then you may approach the same court where bail was given to cancel the bail that was given. Is there the chargesheet is filed by IO?
2. If his illegal activities are differ from earlier then you may even file different FIR.

Hi. .what type of complaint you want to register against your husband . First you have to check the offences are bailable or not or else you have to file case for non bailable offences and based on the punishment bail will be granted.
