IMPORTED GOLD DETAINED BY AIRPORT CUSTOMS

I was carrying 70 grams of gold from Dubai and the gold was detained by the Mumbai airport customs, I was having the original receipt but since the import tax was not paid it was detained. I received a "DETENTION RECEIPT". What should I do to get the gold back and how should I proceed with this case.
