Import of energy drink from other countries to India directly ship to

Is it possible to import certain branded energy drinks in India if they market in India many importers provide warehouse delivery with custom and shipping included and the price of the drinks are much lower than that of Indian market these companies are reputed and trustable can we import the drinks the only thing they say needed is a permit they also provide us with a certificate to sell the drinks .Is it advisable to deal with them?
If you are starting an energy drink business then you need to apply for FSSAI Registration  or FSSAI Licence irrespective turnover of your business.
With an increasing trend in consumption of these energy drinks, the FSSI Licencing came up with new standards on Food safety and standards regulations, 2011 regarding caffeinated beverages. FSSAI has provided that the companies will need to comply with all the provisions of these regulations.
The Beverage Manufacturers/Distributors are required to appoint a Food Supervisor for maintaining safety levels of the beverages. An Audit and a Hazard Analysis must be conducted periodically to check whether the beverage complies with the food standards set for the product by FSSAI.
As you are going to import these energy drinks, you have to seperately apply for an Import Licence.
