My gold is seized at Delhi airport. Now what I have to do ?
After seizure, a seizure memo / panchnama must have been drawn, a copy of which will be supplied to you in due course. A show cause notice will also be issued. And then adjudication proceedings will take place. Right now if you pay the entire demanded amount, the goods in question may be provisionally released, subject to outcome of final adjudication proceedings.

Sir, You can get the gold back. We specialise in the same but would need more details to revert. The case details needed like what is the quantity, where was the pax coming from, was the gold concealed or not and so on and would need the summons and the Detension Recipt, and other details if the pax was arreseted on arrival (cases where value of gold is more than a Cr).
