Wrongly framed by police, FIR filed against me, chargesheet pending

I was wrongly framed by police for visiting a brothel as a client. FIR was lodged suo moto. I got bail from district court on first hearing.It has been 60 days. Chargesheet is still pending. I want to get respite early. Can I file a petition in higher court for quashing the case? Do I have to wait for chargesheet? Can I expedite chargesheet? Can I file a defamation suit against police?
Untill police completing the invedtigatio and submitting charge sheet you should go for any other proceeding. Becsuse there is no stipulated time to submit charge sheet( Hon'ble Supreme Court ruling). Without perusing the case its not possible to advice you any further.

This depends on your case and getting bail does not automatically gives you the right to file quashing or proves your guilt or not guilty. You can file a quashing provided your role is nowhere explained and the basis of the complaint. Take official advice before you proceed. Defamation against police will not stand as defamation is less recognized in India. So please do not be filmy in that score and do not spend your money on such advice.

yes ,you can appeal before Hob'l High court for quashing but for such must consult with lawyer and you can file defamation case against the police personal not now but after acquittal from the case ,

MY OPINION THAT you have every option that you have to get immediately & have to take very urgent legal steps before that false fact, you can have move before High court before filling charge sheet if you have merit in you case to do that or further you can file counter case at higher forum, you can also challenge the order /orders.
