Wrongly accused and arrested in by police

Hello sir/mam, Recently there was communal riot in our city ,,the police has named 10 Muslim and 10 Hindu people and 20 unnamed people.my father has been named in FIR wrongly and police has picked my father in night produced before magistrate and lodged him in jail without any evidence.police has imposed 147/148/149 ,353,295, 153(A),323,337and 338 in fir. No specific charges is mentioned against my father.my father is highly diabetic and he has to live in jail for 2 days. Will he get bail.
