How can I file counter case against policemen who prejudicially, one sided favouritism implicated me in false case U/S 420/468/471.
you can file counter case or true case what ever you call it firstly in nearest or local police station if the police station is not ready to lodge the FIR THEN you can file complaint before the majistrate court, or you may also opt for filling writ petition in High Court.

you may do so by filing a complaint before a senior police official like the DCP or commissioner, praying for appropriate action against the erring officer. you may also file a petition before the high court praying for directions to initiate action against the wrongful acts by the said officials
