Wrongful arrest due to suicide of my girlfriend

My girlfriend commited suicide on 2 april 2025 and I am getting wrongful arrest for having physical relation with her with her consent and also she was above 18 and I am being arrested for having sex with her which wall fully consented and she also didnt commit suicide due to me, and the police says I am the criminal for just being physical with her.
