Wrongful arrest and not registering of FIR

I am a resident of Bihar, and a police officer arrested me for no reason, I kept asking the reason for my arrest and I wanted the presence of a lawyer, he did this because he came infront of my house in the middle of the night and wanted to search for liquor. I wanted the presence of lawyer but he entered wrongfully and beat me up and arrested me, hopefully I HAVE VIDEO of that incident but they refused to file FIR. Can i file criminal case against him in Patna high court and what can be the charges ? can I file kidnapping case ?
you can file a case of wrongful confinement, mental harassment and even defamation as well and raise a demand for the compensation against the officers... even you can approach to the High Court as well by the mean of writ
