Sir i was booked for 279 case...Now my company is asking me for police verification ...Will this 279 case affect my PVC

this section is for rash and negligent driving which causes death/injury to others. therefore it will be better to fight the case. if judgement come in ur side it will not affect to ur carrier and if comes against u hv to go in appeal.
