Wrong information reply to SHO

Mere Advocate ne wrong information ka reply bna k SHO ko de dia h .. jisme muje aage court hearing me pareshani hogi .. ab kya kia jaye .. kya mai 1st hearing me court k samne us reply nakar sakta hu ??
Agar aapke advocate ne galat information ka reply diya hai jo aapke case me dikkat paida kar sakta hai, toh aap court ke samne is reply se mukar sakte hain. Pehli hearing me hi aap court ko bata sakte hain ki aapka pehle diya gaya jawab aapki sahmati ke bina bheja gaya tha.
Aap ek fresh reply file karne ke liye court se anumati maang sakte hain ya phir aapke advocate se likhit roop me safai mang sakte hain. Agar aapko lagta hai ki aapka advocate aapke hit me kaam nahi kar raha hai, toh aap naye vakil se salaah lekar strategy tay kar sakte hain.

Aap apne advocate ke through correct information serve kra do SHO ko and a copy of the information to the concerned SP/DCP. Keep proof of the service or receiving for future reference in Court. However remember that the correct information should be drafted aptly and in the correct format as it is to be used in court later. Agar apke vakil na kr payein toh kisi anubhavi vakeel se draft kra lijiyega.
