Criminal Intimidation, Cheating and Miscarriage without her consent are serious charges, though if all the evidences are made up then your Advocate can request court to send the evidence to forensic lab examination for the genuinely of it which can be easily identified if they are cooked up. Moreover, you can collect all the evidence against her to demonstrate her activities before court of law. Absconding from law is not the solution, retain a competent Advocate and go for bail. It may sound hard but if you are innocent you will get honorable acquittal. Once FIR is registered, you may be subjected to suspension until you get bail. So, work on it. Additionally, you can file a petition under 482 Cr.P.C quashing the charges in High Court but you need strong evidence and proofs. Good Luck

If the FIR is registered, then obtain anticipatory bail and fight the case on merit. As you said that all the evidences at her possession are fake and false, bring the same to the notice of the court at the trial. Also, bring to the notice of the court and produce evidence that she has illegal contacts and prove the same. Your job will not be jeopardized just only the case has been filed against you, Only if you are convicted, you may face suspension from your job. please see section 313 says committing a miscarriage of women without her consent as you are saying that you and her got not sexual contact if such fact is true apply for squash before high court under section 482 or else take anticipatory bail in regular court
