Withdraw or else quash on 376 false marriage promise pls help...

I had filed case against on my man against false promise as we were together for 8 years and which he was going to marry me... He was in JC now on bail he is out..
But now I regret filing a case as I am not getting peace doing this..
He did wrong with me but I filed case thinking he will marry me and court will give option of marriage but I was wrong...
I don't want him to get punished for years bcs me..
Can I withdraw or quash the case??
Need help
you can approach high court for quashing of FIR n chargesheet (if already filed). but that petition has to be filed by accused and you will have to appear at high court and exhibit your willingness not to proceed further with the case...
