My suggestion is that tell your husband to go for Appeal and the time of hearing you may approach now you are ready to compromise.court will warn him and release will take place but its not to be 498(A) case

You have two options:
a. You may not press for the execution of the warrant.
b. You can go for mediation at this stage and try to settle the matter and report the matter back to the court and undertake to settle the criminal case.

yes i will help you,

first i want to know that, he has served the sentence or not,.. (gone 2 months jail or not )
if he has not gone then appeal try to get it done,
if has already served the sentence, then try to convince him that -- what all happend are in bad time ---etc,,..
manipulate by him hook or crook, get it done
regards
