My girl friend ( complainant) want to withdraw FIR against me false promise of marriage under section 417/376/502.can she withdraw or not? How she can do ? Pls suggest me...

No. She can't withdraw the same, as it's a non-compoundable offence. If she is really do so, then she get the opportunity at the time of evidence stage. otherwise there are no such provisions except quashing the FIR before the HONBLE high court.

As per your query in laws rato yes she can withdraw fir against you for that you need to consult with a lawyer Nd then proceed as per the advice of the lawyer. The fir can be withdrawn against you so hence no need to think abt that.
