With a Stay order if High court also add a line"NO COERCIVE ACTION"

02-Dec-2023 (In Criminal Law)
It was a case of abetment of sucide, accused party did not presented in the court after many notice HC pass a order to present within 6week otherwise court will issue NBW, Than accused party get STAY ORDER over this HC PREVIOUS ORDER (6WEEK), and also add a line " NO COERCIVE ACTION SHALL BE TAKEN AGAINST ACCUSED" HC add this line without any explanation or reasonable reason, As after 6month the Stay order automatically remove as per the ruling of Supreme court 6month stay order time limit, and the previous order of HC court should be continue, But here Stay order remove but Court says "No corecive action" still continue. My question is Whether that "No coercive action" still continue after 6month of stay order or it should be also removed with the Stay order ?? i hope you'll be able to get my question.
