Wish to opt for postmortem irrespective of the way I may die later

IS THERE ANY PROVISION IN INDIAN COURT OF LAW, TO OPT FOR POSTMORTEM BY AN INDIVIDUAL HIMSELF WHO MAY DIE LATER IN ANY MANNER IRRESPECTIVELY.
You have to provide the details of your case and the reason for opting such individual. Even though indian law do not provide for such an option, i think we can work a way necessitating postmortem by such individual

No statutory provision grants an individual an absolute legal right to insist on a post-mortem on their own body. Post-mortems in India are typically governed by need (legal/suspicious death), not by individual pre-consent

yes you can opt pre postmortem under Indian law if you are planning to donate organs or if you suspect any illegal act from anyone and if your life is under threat you can opt postmortem prior to the death of a person
