Will this case get quashed because i tried to trap him but he escaped.

I am a doctor currently practicing in Mumba, and I was involved in a relationship with a man from Kolkata. Initially, we engaged in explicit conversations and eventually met in person. I myself booked a hotel room and met and engage in sexual activities on multiple occasions. This relationship lasted for approximately 8 months.nIt is worth noting that he never visited my place. Additionally, he introduced me to his parents for marriage discussion but due to my behavior things went bad.
