Will there be any problem after submitting passport in the court

I have submitted the passport to the court because of to submit the passport by the court order... Is there any problem for travelling to outside countries... My problem is whether court will put stamp on that passport and it will effect my visa... Please help me with right answer?

Without passport copy submission to concerned/visiting country embassy you do not get Visa. Court will ceases your pass port to prevent travelling out side the country. Once you free from legal hurdle you will get your passport then you can fly.
