Will the previous case under sec 110 affect the visa for abroad

I was charged with section 110 & 117 under the Mumbai police act and had to pay a fine of 200 Rs for the same. I have paid the fine in the court, and now the matter of concern is i have to travel overseas for higher studies. Would this matter affect me in getting a Visa for any country?

No this will not affect you in getting Visa. You wish to go there for pursuing higher studies , it shouldn't be a problem for you to get a visa. Which country you are want to go for higher studies?...

If the case is closed by the judgment and order of the court and you have complied with the same then inform the concerned police station where the offence was registered. Also furnish a copy of the Court judgment along with an application to close the case in the police station too.
