Will- stepson's name not included- stepson filed a false case- bail

Dear sir, Actually my uncle is in custody. His step brother has made a false case against him regarding the will. Actually the will is not registered also. Will is in the name of his step brother who is not alive . He has adopted a son but he has not mentioned the name of his step son in the will. Now that step son is asking for the property. And he has misuse the law and filled a civil case also against my uncle and for that my uncle is in jail. He has charged in section 465,467,468 and 471. He is s71 year old he has not done anything wrong . He is not getting bail also. Kindly help what to do

first of all will is not required to be registered but where qustn arrise for reliability of document will and qustn was raise for validity of will than it is mandatory of will to be registered. If he is file a false criminal case you should challenge the will as per law excisting. You have to file civil case also for reliability of will.
