Hello,
In an anti corruption case if you have been jailed then apply for bail. You can file a petition for fir or chargesheet quashing. If the court dismisses the same then you have to fight the case in an anti corruption court in the district. If convicted you may lose your job. Although you can go for appeal against the conviction.

yes. in case the allegations against you in a corruption case are proved and the lower court has passed an order upholding your involvement and granting punishment in that respect, penal action will be taken by your employers. But you have an opportunity of challenging the said order passed against you in the High Court.
