Will I get passport and will my visa be approved?

04-Nov-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I was falsely accused of molesting a woman back in 2013 and the case is still pending. I was not arrested by the police. I appealed for bail which was granted to me by the city sessions court. After 90 days, a Chargesheet was filed and relevant sections were given such as 354B and others. Till now charges have not been framed at the advise of my local lawyers. Only dates are been given where I have to appear in court and a next date is given. Due to covid there have been no appearance in the courtfor last two and half years. It is frustrating and ruining my career. I am 33 and want to pursue bigger things in life. But this false case against me and the delayed legal measures is putting my life in uncertainty. How do I get relief? How do I get justice? Why is the case taking too long to get sorted? Once aquitted will I ever get a passport and will my visa be approved once I am aquitted of all charges. Desperately seeking some answers and advice. Thanks in advance.

meet some competent advocate who usually practices in criminal side of high court jurisdiction. you may get some instant relief in this matter and your case seems to me is all ready to be taken up for early relief. now coming to a lawyer's part please ensure that before you seek a lawyer's advice take certified copy of all relevant papers including fir complaint seizure list if any and if chargesheet submitted then all other papers which are usually supplied under section 207 crpc. anyway just take all papers and meet a lawyer of high court immediately. there's lies your relief, justice and acquittal. even if you are not acquitted you would still be eligible for passport and your lawyer will help you get that. the reason for such inordinate delay can be many but the case seems a stail one.
