Will I get government job if i have case going under section ipc308/34

I am trapped under IPC section 308/34 . So will it be a problem to get government job?
yes. you need to settle the matter and thereafter get the matter quashed from the Honble high court. file a 320 crpc application or try for settlement as continuing the matter would not be in your interest

Yes. If the charges have been framed, you will have to furnish the information while filling up ur govt job application form. Although, you are presumed innocent until proven guilty but govt departments are usually wary and scrutinize such applications rather more vigorously.
