Will conviction under gambling Act 1974 effect government job?

Sir I payed fine in court of secondary megistreat.by an ap gambling act 1974.they are given me a receipt in which is sarala petty of fence.206(2).sir this type of cases may effect my govt jobs.now I am selected a govt job in banking sector.I am eligible or not for govt jobs.in my police station I am not giving any proofs but given my adders.is any thing happen my govt job .please give me a advise.I am worried so much about it

These are petty cases and they do not form a part of criminal track record maintained by police.
Also since the case is closed( as you have paid the fine) there is no pending criminal cases against you.
Payment of fine does not mean conviction and as such there will be no criminal record on you.
You need not worry about this case impacting your bank job interviews/selection process .

the disqualification in government job is under the offence convicted under the offence relating to moral turpitude and as the gambling act not involve in any moral turpitude and so you need no worry about that case
